    Let Cher's team of registered dietitians create a meal plan, designed specifically for you.  Learn healthy eating habits while enjoying your favorite foods. We will base the meal plan on several factors - food preferences, allergies or intolerances, and specific medical conditions. Whether you are looking to lose weight, manage diabetes, cilliac or other illnesses, or just learn to eat healthy, a meal plan will help you achieve your goals.

  • Body, Mind & Spirit Getaways

  • Boot Camp

    Work closely with Cher and a personal trainer to get in the best shape of your life! This 6- or 12-week intensive weight loss program provides individualized attention and weekly weigh-ins to track progress.

    *6-week session: $1000 per person

    *12-week session: $2000 per person

  • Workout Routine - 6 weeks

    Have a workout routine designed specifically for you from a personal trainer. It will include recommendations for strength training exercises to do either at home or in a gym as well as a cardiovascular routine. You will work closely with a personal trainer to develop this routine. It will be a series of exercises, the number of repetitions and sets to be completed and the order and days in which to do the them. You can have either a one or three month routine designed for you.

    *6 weeks - $250

    Shop your way to a healthy lifestyle! Join Cher on a guided tour of a local grocery store to learn how to read food labels, understand the benefits organic vs. non-organic foods, and become proficient in making healthy choices.

    *$25 per person
